Assistant Senior Manager-Planning & Business Development (Code:ASM-BDV)
Responsibilities
  • Create Company Business Plan
  • Make a study of prospect & business opportunities in logistic industry
  • Develops logistic services concept , study market & monitoring competitor activity
  • Develops Market Research
  • Manage all projects related to Business & Development matters
  • Manage & evaluate all activities in Planning & Development or Business Development
Qualifications
  • S1/S2 Degree from Marketing Management/Business Management
  • Fluent in English is a must (verbal & written)
  • 5 years of working experience in Planning & Development/Business Development and familiar with Logistic Industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Having experience of planning and development logistic services
  • Strong Analytical Thinking & Leadership Skill
Assistant Senior Manager–Key Account Management (Code: ASM-KAM)
Responsibilities
  • Make an offers to prospective customer/customer
  • Manage and develop a good relationship with customer
  • Increase the number of customer & key accounts
  • Raise brand awareness of company’s product / services
  • Develop and generate creative ideas, activities, and programs to increase number of customer accounts
  • Achieve the targets set by management
  • Monitor and evaluate activities in Key Account Management
Qualifications
  • S1 All Major Preferably from Marketing Management/Marketing Communication
  • Fluent in English is a must (verbal & written)
  • 5 years of working experience in Key Account Management or related field
  • Preferably Having Experience as a Marketing/Sales in Logistic Company
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skill
Marketing– Cilegon Branch (Code: MKT-CLG)
Responsibilities
  • Selling company’s product/services to customer/potential customer;
  • Preparing material for marketing/sales purposes/presentation;
  • Achieving the target set by superior;
  • Get new client and the same time maintain the relationship with existing client.
  • Develop good relation with related stakeholder.
  • Provide the market data base and potential client and come up with marketing strategy to gain new market and retain the existing market.
Qualifications
  • D3 degree from any subject
  • 1-3 years working experience in logistic industry and familiar with the operation process
  • Having a good communication and negotiation skill
