Sejarah Honda pertama kali dimulai pada saat pendirian perusahaan Honda di Jepang yang didirikan oleh Soichiro Honda pada 24 September 1948. Seiring dengan perkembangan pabrik otomotif ini, Honda berhasil menggusur dominasi Nissan sebagai produsen mobil terbesar kedua di pada tahun 2001.

Di Amerika Serikat, kesuksesan Honda berlanjut dengan berhasilnya pabrik otomotif ini dalam menggusur Chrysler sebagai produsen mobil terpopuler keempat di negeri paman Sam tersebut. Sementara di Indonesia, PT Honda Prospect Motor (PT HPM) didirikan pada bulan Maret 1999 dan pertama kali mendirikan pabrik pertamanya di Karawang, Jawa Barat yang berdiri sejak 2003 telah mencapai produksi ke-100.000 unit.

Momentum itu tercatat di Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang Timur pada tanggal 19 Januari 2007. Dan mobil yang membukukan sejarah sebagai produksi ke-100.000 adalah Honda Jazz VTEC dengan kelir Helios Yellow.

Tak hanya merayakan produksi ke-100.000 saja, PT HPM pun meresmikan line-off perdana untuk Honda CR-V generasi ketiga. Sekaligus menjadi indikasi bila SUV terbaru racikan pabrikan berlogo H tersebut tak lama lagi sudah bisa dinikmati konsumen.

Kedua seremoni itu bisa dikatakan dua momentum bintang bagi PT HPM di awal 2007. Karena ternyata masih ada satu bintang lagi. Yaitu, pabrik PT HPM di Karawang itu kini sudah dilengkapi perangkat canggih berupa robotic painting yang menyedot investasi hingga 1 juta dollar (Rp. 9,5 miliar).

Trainer for Dealer Technician
Job Desc :
  • Conduct a technical training for dealer technician and develop technical training systems for Honda dealer technicians throughout Indonesia. 
  • The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working  time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical  Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Education, Automotive Engineering Education with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  • Maximum age of 27 years
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Able to conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Able to create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Must know about the basic automotive repair
  • Experienced as a trainer or related position
  • Proficient in English (both oral & written)

  • The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
  • Maximum age of 27 years
  • Understand QC7 tools Strong analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing to work in shifting system
  • Have a car driving license (preferably)
