FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to ensure all finance, accounting & tax activities are done in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.

  • To check and ensure the supporting documents for all financial transactions and financial reports are valid and accurate. 
  • Check tax administration reports and to report the company’s tax obligations to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
  • To ensure all invoice calculations that have been received are accurate to ensure that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices.
  • Check cash flow documents to ensure its compliance with the company’s systems, procedures, and budget plans as well as to perform corrective actions in order to control the company’s cash flow.

  • Enable to conduct potensial harzard inspections to make sure plant work place are safe according with QHSE Standart.

Job requirement
  • Min. Education S1/ANT III (showed by marine certification)

HULL ENGINEER
Job responsibilities
  • Make a Vessel Punch List (list of updated ship conditions) for ship preparation that will be docking so that the repair process can be handled appropriately.
  • Prepare materials needed for docking by making requisitions of goods needed.
  • Conduct ship docking at a predetermined place with reference to: Punchlist submitted & Budget docking that has been set so that ship repairs can be done effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the shipyard so that the achievement of the target completion time can be reached to the maximum.
  • Make docking record data of the repaired unit and record it in the form of hard copy and soft copy (shipyard docking report, office standard docking report, painting painting, certificate, etc.) so that the docking activity is well documented.
  • Inventory the usage of the requested docking material (Paint / Anode), clarification from the Supplier / Shipyard and coordinate with the Purchasing / Logistics department so that the repair works can run smoothly.
  • Make a daily report of the activities and progress of docking that runs, including estimated time estimates and steel weight calculations (estimates of the iron material needed) so that the repair process can be monitored properly.
  • Together with the engineer team to conduct annual inspections and combine reports in the engineer team for the fleet: Tug Boat, SPB, Floating crane, FTU, Oil Vessel, Assist Tug to get data on the latest condition of the ship.
  • Carry out inspection and update of the existing barge fleet data in his team to get the latest barge condition data.

MINE PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD
Job responsibilities
  • Ensuring the approval and completeness of production equipment, labor, supporting infrastructure of production activities, and other supporting units can work optimally with a minimum production operating costs so that production activities can run in accordance with the targets, rules, and regulations that have been provided.
  • Ensuring transportation infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, weighbridges, lighting, and other supporting units, such as transportation facilities, water trucks, employee transportation, tower lights, communication radios and others that have been built can be used as intended to support mining operations and transportation of coal that has been determined by the company.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance schedule infrastructure that is carried out according to a predetermined schedule to eliminate potential hazards in operational activities and minimize company losses caused by the unavailability/damage of the transport infrastructure.
  • Ensuring the work of operators and drivers when carrying tools in good condition so as to create a productive work environment, working properly, regularly, efficiently and safely in mining areas and haul roads, so that coal production is produced and transferred to the crushing plant or stockpile area in clean conditions and in accordance with production targets, as well as overburden is taken can be disposed of properly and safely to a predetermined disposal location.
  • Providing transportation and production infrastructure data needed by the department/department, analysis and anticipatory steps can be carried out as well as solving problems for potential losses that will or may occur.

PROJECT FINANCE SPECIALIST
Job responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, evaluate and implement the financial data and activities for the projects undertaken by the company, including company interests in the project consortium through bidding, development and or implementation stages, financial close and the post-financial close activities to facilitate Management decisions.
  • Review and analyze all financial aspects include financial model preparations and financing activities for current projects and or developing projects undertaken by Adaro Power during feasibility study, bidding and development stage in order to comply with the project requirements.
  • Analyze potential projects from bankability perspective and work with advisers to improve structure from risk mitigation and return to the company.
  • Analyze and assist in the preparation of board papers to discuss and recommend course of action with regards to projects under considerations.
  • Coordinate with superior to attend Lenders due diligence process and queries/concerns to ensure the timely satisfaction of the conditions precedent and conditions subsequent stipulated in the financing documentation.
  • Coordinate with the superior to support the structuring of the projects' agreements (e.g. PPA, EPC, Coal Supply, O&M) and the consultancy agreements with third-party advisors (e.g. Lenders legal advisor, technical advisor, coal advisor, insurance advisor, etc.) in order to facilitate business decisions.
  • Manage and monitor the loan drawdown process (in liaison with the Financial Controller of the project company), the compliance with the debt servicing schedule and covenants also reporting requirements stipulated in the financing documentation in order to facilitate financial close stage on Project Company’s team.
  • Provide solutions to the superior and recommend improvements to support the Company and subsidiaries projects.
Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelors' Degree graduates majoring in Accounting 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Project Financing   
  • Have exposure with financial modelling of Infrastructure Project, preferably from Power Plant Project

ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to manage and monitor all environmental and social (E&S) compliance activities on site, including sampling, testing, auditing, and reporting as required under the Environmental and Social Documents (e.g. AMDAL, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), and the Equator Principles Action Plan (EPAP)), as well as any guidelines/policies set by Adaro Energy (AE). To apply the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
  • Take the lead in the implementation and regular maintenance and audit of environmental and social management plans under AMDAL and ESMP.
  • Fulfill the requirements under EPAP as updated by the Lenders’ Technical Advisor (LTA) from time to time and those set by AE-QHSE Team.
  • Submit regular compliance reports to the relevant Indonesian governmental authorities (e.g. AMDAL RKL/RPL monitoring reports), the Lenders (e.g. annual compliance and sustainability reports, greenhouse gas emissions, etc.), and AE-QHSE department as necessary.
  • Monitor and instruct TPI team and any Contractors/Consultants on TPI Site to comply with TPI’s environmental and social requirements.
  • Submit E&S compliance reports on a monthly basis and present to Senior Management highlighting the management and monitoring systems performance including compliance status. 
Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Environmental Engineering or related
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Environmental Section Head/Specialist (or related) in internationally-financed power/utility/mining projects

UNIT CONTROLLER
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to control, monitoring and operate the power plant operational (Boiler, Turbine, BOP, and auxiliary plant) in order to reach the target and run smoothly and safe.
  • To control and monitor the DCS operator in power plant operational (boiler, turbine, BOP, and auxiliary power plant) by DCS control based on approved procedure to reach the production target following health and safety principles.
  • To provide the directions of monitoring and technical actions to operational machine to DCS Operator Unit 1 and 2 and Field Operator based on DCS observation result to monitor panel as well as analyze the abnormality to get the decision which will be doing and also to coordinate with Shift Supervisor to have follow up action in timely manner.
  • To monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for Start-Up and Shut Down of the Power Plant equipment to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.
  • To identify the dangerous potential during operational Power Plant process and conduct the action based on settled up procedures as well as to report abnormality in the report to be evaluated and followed up accurately and timely manner.
  • To respond and control the emergency situation, emergency response such as fire and oil leaks to ensure the worker's safety, plant and environment.
  • To report the condition, disturbance findings, and latest update about power plant operations to DCS Officer in Charge in shift in Operator Daily Report in shift / daily log sheets which has been defined for continuity Power Plant operations.
  • To coordinate with Maintenance Dept to follow up maintenance requirements findings to support the continuity of Power Plant operations.

  • Have minimum 3 years of experience as Operator in manufacturing or power plant

OPERATION SHIFT LEADER
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operation of the equipment and maintaining the safety and the efficiency of the power plant and auxiliary plant at the control room.

  • To apply the safety rules and procedures in the Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of the Power Plant.
  • To control the operational shift of Power Plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of the Power Plant.
  • To monitor and guide all required activities for equipment.
  • To investigate and to provide the solution arising to the Plant (trouble, abnormal operational condition, danger sign) and provide the solution to be followed up to support the continuity and availability of Power Plant.
  • To prepare Faults Report from force stage and to prepare and also to review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to the Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
  • To publish Permit-to-Work and isolation accurately and timely manner for the continuity and Power Plant maintenance.
  • To ensure the accuracy and completeness of Plant Quality Records which has been completed to ensure all Power Plant activity is documented.
  • To ensure the achievement of relevant procedures and Work Instructions at Quality Management System during conduct the daily works following Management Standard.
  • To make a daily report, work order, and record the usage of the material in conducting the work to support the continuity of operations and maintenance of Power Plant.
Job requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Shift Leader position in power plant or manufacturing 
  • Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation will be an advantage.
  • Preferably having a valid Power Plant Competency Certificate (IATKI/ HAKIT)
  • Good communication skill, leadership and managerial skill in supervisory level

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible to conduct the mechanical maintenance activities, testing and equipment inspection on a routine basis to ensure the power supply goes smoothly and safely. 
  • To ensure the equipment to inspect and test, the work equipment is well functioned and can be used to get the optimum working result. 
  • To ensure the plan, the budget bill, working procedure, electricity document and potential risk are well understood for the technician to minimize the danger potential and the damage/ loss.
  • To conduct and reporting the preventive maintenance work (daily, weekly, and monthly)
  • Supervising the Technician and Support Staff on daily works.  
Job requirement
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer position in the power plant industry or manufacturing

HEAD OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Job responsibilities
  • To control and coordinate the activities of production Water Treatment Plant to ensure compliance with Standard Operational Procedure and establish cooperation with stakeholders in order to support the company operational activities.
  • To ensure the result of jar test are used as a reference for production, in order to control the effectiveness of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in accordance with production standards. 
  • To prepare operational and maintenance of tools/asset budget to ensure all costs are well planned and efficient. 
  • To ensure the sufficiency of water discharge for production so that the production capacity can be achieved in accordance with predetermined target. 
  • To make efficient budget planning for production and maintenance of tools in order to support the company operational activities. 
  • To prepare reports related to overall production of WTP to ensure that all activities are well documented. 
  • To control and ensure that production support tools are used and maintain properly, so that not to interfere with the company operational activities. 
  • To establish good cooperation and communication with stakeholders (PDAM and PJT I) in the framework of coordination related to water discharge, raw quality of water, and bulk water.

  • Minimum Bachelors' Degree of Chemical or Mechanical Engineering 
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Water Treatment Plant or Plant Manager of Water Treatment
